Free Graduate Application Consultations

These peer consultations are informed by my experience applying to 22 psychology doctoral programs, navigating both PhD and PsyD admissions, and working in college-access programming. Through my work supporting students and collaborating with college-access professionals, I have helped individuals identify educational opportunities, organize their next steps, and navigate systems that can often feel confusing or inaccessible—particularly for first-generation and nontraditional students.

Topics may include:

  • Choosing between PhD, PsyD, and master’s programs

  • Building an application strategy

  • Approaching outreach to prospective faculty mentors

  • General guidance on organizing a psychology CV or résumé

  • Approaching personal and research statements

  • Navigating the application process as a first-generation or nontraditional student

Please note:

These consultations provide general peer guidance and educational support. They do not include full document reviews, line-by-line editing, therapy, psychological services, official academic advising, admissions guarantees, or professional admissions consulting.

Appointments are released in limited quantities each month. If no appointments appear on the booking calendar, the current consultation slots have been filled.
